He concentrates on all types of litigation brought by or against the firm's multi-employer fringe benefit fund clients. Mr. Neuman has developed considerable experience in all aspects of employee benefit fund administration and fiduciary duties.
He is a member of the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law, and is a contributing author for the treatise, "Employee Benefits Law," published by the Bureau of National Affairs. In addition, Mr. Neuman frequently writes and speaks on various employee benefit issues.
Mr. Neuman is admitted to practice in Illinois and before its federal courts. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
